Each child is allowed two makeup classes per 8-week session.
You can schedule a makeup class online through the parent portal by submitting a "Makeup Request," using our app, or by contacting our office staff. Makeup classes must be completed within the same 8-week session in which the absence occurred and cannot be carried over to a future session.
⚠️ Important Scheduling Note:
If you need to reschedule a previously scheduled makeup class, you must cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the makeup class cannot be rescheduled.
Our class tuition is based on an 8-week term. You can choose how many times per week you'd like to attend! The class time(s) that you choose is the time(s) you're scheduled to come every week.
Enrollments for each student automatically roll over from session to session, like a subscription, so you do not need to re-enroll every 8 weeks.

Class prices vary based on the age and skills of our students, as well as the type of enrollment you choose (session or flex pass). Class tuition is on an 8-week session basis, meaning you are paying for 8 classes/per enrollment. Please see class price breakdown below
Through the Parent Portal, you can request to be on our WAITLIST for a full class. Once a spot has opened up in the waitlisted class, you will receive a call and email offering you the spot. Once there is a spot available for you, you must register to begin on one of the upcoming 2 classes. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the call, we move onto the next person on the waitlist.
Yes, we offer private sessions for any of our classes and more. Just let us know what you want to learn, and we will find a great instructor for you. Many of our coaches are available for Private Lessons! Our coaches schedule their own private lessons and set their own rates. You may reach out to the main office to schedule a private session with one of our coaches.
Private Lesson payments are made directly to the front office. We will contact you with a coach to coordinate the day and time for your private lesson.
We have two options for Open Gym:
We require non-slip trampoline socks in the gym. You can bring your own or purchase them at the gym.
Please send your kids in comfortable attire that will move and stretch with them: shirt, shorts, tank top, leggings, leotard—whatever is most comfortable for them! Just make sure that their shirt won't fly up when they go upside down and their pants will stay up when they move around.
We have a ProShop if you'd like to purchase attire!

Absolutely! You can start at any time and we will prorate tuition according to the number of weeks remaining in the current term.

If your child is sick, please DO NOT bring them to class. For information on rescheduling, please refer to our make-up policy above.
We do not offer free trials for any adult classes, flexibility classes, or any unique discipline classes. However, you can do a drop-in class to try out a class. The cost for a drop-in class is $30.
