We provide many different classes, and we are sure that you can find one suitable for your needs.
Early Walkers to Age 2
This class is designed as a lead up to our Preschool program. Our staff simulates gross motor skill development through the use of obstacle courses, preschool equipment, and coordination activities - all while having fun! *This class is parent assisted*
Ages 3–4
Our Preschool students begin to increase their exploration of movement in this class. General motor skills are developed and various jumping activities are introduced. Students begin tumbling, practicing rolls, and try out basic skills on balance beams. Hanging and swinging activities on bars help with strength development. Every class gets a chance to enjoy trampoline time.
Ages 5–6
This class contains a variety of levels for those new to the sport or those who have been progressing from preschool classes. The individual skills at this level consist of handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, pull ups on the bars, turns on the beam, and trampoline time.
Ages 7–14
This class is a beginner level class for school age kids. These classes begin with a fun warm-up and stretching as a group. This will be followed by individual skills such as perfecting forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front and back handsprings, front and back walkovers, pull ups on the bars, beam skills, and trampoline time.
Ages 7+
This is a great class for any student looking to gain experience and knowledge on all apparatuses. Students will practice strength, flexibility, quickness, and balance. They will learn basic beam, bar, vault, trampoline, and floor skills and more in a safe basic progression.
Ages 7+
Advanced Gymnastics Classes are available for students who have a basic foundation of skills that includes advanced bar/beam skills or more. Students will work to improve their technique and begin progressing toward performing sequences on different types of apparatuses at a safe and steady pace.
Ages 18+
Give yourself a fun, well-rounded workout! Our adult class is led by our experienced instructors who are specially trained in adult gymnastics coaching, safety and spotting techniques.
Ages 4+
Our Special Needs Gymnastics classes offer a supportive, sensory-friendly environment designed to help children build coordination, strength, confidence, and social skills — all without overwhelming crowds or loud distractions. Each program is thoughtfully tailored to every child’s unique abilities and goals, using adaptive gymnastics techniques to encourage both physical and developmental growth in a fun and safe setting.
Ages 6+
Class duration: 60 min
This class is a beginner level class for school age kids. These classes begin with a fun warm-up and stretching as a group. This will be followed by individual skills such as perfecting forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and more. This class focuses mostly on tumbling skills on floor, trampoline, and tumble track.
Ages 6+
Class duration: 60 min
This is a great class for cheerleaders and tumblers. Students will practice strength, flexibility, quickness, and balance. They will learn round offs, back handsprings, jumps, and more in a safe basic progression.
Ages 7+
Class duration: 60 min
Advanced Tumbling Classes are available for students who have a basic foundation of skills that include a back handspring or more. Students will work to improve their technique and begin progressing toward tumbling series and different types of flips in safe and steady steps.

Class duration: 60min or 90min
This targeted class will prepare your child with the necessary skills to join our competitive acrobatics team. When invited into this class, students will work to improve their technique and skills specific to acrobatics, as well as their overall flexibility and strength.
Ages 4–5
Class duration: 45 min
This fun and energetic class is perfect for young kids ages 4–5 who are ready to move, jump, and explore! Designed as a stepping stone into our Tumbling & Trampoline (T&T) program, Mini Hurricane helps children build confidence and coordination through age-appropriate activities.
We focus on developing body awareness, basic tumbling skills, and safe movement patterns like rolling, jumping, and landing. Kids will work on strength, balance, and agility through games and skill-building circuits—all in a supportive and playful environment.
Once they’re ready, students can smoothly transition into our full T&T program. This class is a great way for your child to make friends, stay active, and have fun while learning foundational gymnastics skills!

Acrobatics for Dancers

Designed specifically for dancers, this class focuses on building the strength, flexibility, balance, and control needed to safely perform popular acro elements used in contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and competitive dance.
Students will work on:
